Here is a pastoral plan from the Diocese of New Ulm, Minnesota. The Plan for Hispanic Ministry is part of the Plan for Parishes, 2003-2008. Because of the complexity of Hispanic ministry this specific area of ministry is being addressed with its own sub-plan that interfaces the overall Plan for Parishes.
